[00:00:24] Whether you're a seasoned investor or just getting started, we're here to empower you to take control of your financial future and unlock the power of your self-directed retirement accounts. Let's get started. Welcome back to another Investor's Row Podcast with your host, Ramis Fekori, where we talk all things educational and in particular, Mandy Retirement Accounts. Speaking of Miss Mandy Drysdale, one of my closest confidants, travel partners who goes with me all over the country.

[00:00:54] We're educating about this strategy called self-directed retirement accounts. Mandy Drysdale, want to introduce yourself real quickly to our guests and awesome listeners? Yeah, I am part of our onboarding team. So our role is to take the goals of the clients and figure out how best to meet them and how to do it with retirement dollars. So all about education and process and how to get from one step to the next in the smoothest, easiest way possible.

[00:01:22] One of the pillars of IRA Club, I would say, is education, right? So, you know, you and I, as we travel all over the country, one of the biggest things that we get is because we're dealing with retirement accounts and the average retirement account, I'm talking about all qualified retirement dollars, is roughly, give or take the medium is, I think, like $50,000, right? That's pretty sad to say that. Dropping.

[00:01:48] And dropping because people and life and inflation's up and people are definitely pulling out of these retirement accounts. But the one question that we always get because we can never choose the investment for the investor because it defeats the purpose of a self-directed retirement account is, well, I don't have enough money inside my retirement account, right? It's like, listen, I don't, you know, I don't have hundreds or, you know, a quarter of a million or half a million, you know, I don't even think I have 20,000.

[00:02:13] So I think the topic of discussion today is what can I do with the retirement account, even if I just want to make a contribution of, let's say, $7,500 right inside an IRA. And I'm not talking about 401k plans in particular. You could get started for as little as, you know, $500 if you want. But we want to break the myth, right, of only wealthy individuals that take advantage of self-directed retirement accounts. Yeah.

[00:02:40] And this is, I mean, this goes for younger generation. I just talked to somebody the other day and she had only worked for two years for a company. So her rollover IRA is small. Or you've got the kids in their 20s who are just making contributions or even are wealthy who have deployed most of their dollars and have just a chunk left. Like, what do you do with something other than $20,000? And we always get full time, well, I can't do anything. I don't have enough money. That's what we hear full time. So.

[00:03:06] And then everybody always thinks, right, because the one asset class that everybody understands is real estate, right? So they're like, well, I can't buy real estate with my IRA, right? I can't buy real estate with my 401k or I can't get in this private equity deal because I am not accredited, right? And for those, by the way, just to get that clarification out of the way, what is the difference between accredited and non-accredited, Mandy? It is if you have $200,000 annual income. As a single. As a single. As a household.

[00:03:36] Yep, for a household. Or over a million dollars in assets. Yep. Not including your house. Yeah. Also, if you have a securities license, like if you have a Series 6, 7, you know, if you're an institutional within the institutional bracket of like a 65, 66, an RIA in particular, or a CPA. But there are some other limitations that allow you to invest in these accredited investments. But it doesn't matter because we're here to talk about smaller investments, right? We can do. So let's break that all down.

[00:04:05] Let's just talk about what are some potential investment opportunities, Mandy, right? Yep. And we got a whole list of them that we're about to go over, right? But before you do anything, what is the one cardinal rule that I always say, right? Perform some sort of due diligence on any type of asset class. I don't care if it's oil and gas, real estate, land, syndications, private equity deals, right?

[00:04:30] You want to make sure whatever it is that you're investing in, you want to do, again, very thought. I don't care if you throw it in chat, GPT, Gemini, ask it to give you the 10 questions that you should be asking before investing in this investment opportunity. But with all that being said, we want to minimize risk at the end of the day, and we want you to take educated, calculated, right, risk. So let's talk about some real estate endeavors.

[00:04:55] What, you know, I don't have, like, let's just say the asset class in particular, say a house on 123 Green Street is valued at $250,000. I don't have $250,000, right? One of our absolute favorite techniques is partnering. Yeah. Because, in fact, my brother and I did that. We bought a house in Idaho. You never told me that. Yeah. Oh, all right. I used my Roth IRA, so I always tell people I win because I'm not paying capital gains taxes. And he used cash. And so we actually split it 50-50. It's rented each month.

[00:05:24] So my portion goes into my Roth tax-free. His portion goes into his cash. So it's such a great opportunity because you can partner that in any percentage that you want. So not only did my brother and I have the ability to buy a house 50-50, but you can do it with your kids or smaller accounts, like $100,000 house, and your kids have $5,000. You could do $95,000 from cash or your IRA, and the kids $5,000. Now, all of a sudden, that child's invested in the estate.

[00:05:52] So partnering is incredibly powerful, and you can partner with anybody. Yeah. So it can be a family member. It can be another IRA. It can be your own cash. You know, you and I could go on a partnership together. Yeah. Well, there's other sponsors that we work with very closely that also have, like, these LP deals. Like, you could take a certain percentage, right?

[00:06:14] Limited partner percentage into, let's say, let's just say you're interested in, for example, in a commercial property, right? I've seen people do this, where they'll say, you know what, I only have, let's say, $20,000 inside of my IRA. Would you let my, you know, IRA partner on that deal, right, with a group of other investors? The answer is yes, as long as they allow you to and the actual investment allows for it. And most of the time, the answer is always yes.

[00:06:43] But there's other deals, like we see syndications, right? And we usually bring that one up, and people are like, well, what's a syndication? Yeah. And it's really a fancy partnership where you've got a bunch of people that have entered in a contract and are doing a bigger deal together. So I'm actually in a syndication as well. The syndication is they, the syndicator purchased the land, and then he used all of the investors to build the mobile homes on it. And so my syndication, it's very, very passive.

[00:07:12] I gave the money to the syndicator, the syndicator's working with that. The goal is to get all those houses rented out, and I'm earning a cash flow. And hopefully, at some point, they'll sell that syndication, and I'll get a chunk back and move on to my next deal. Look at you. I know. I've learned so many things. Wow. And three, look at it, all diversified, a diversified retirement portfolio. Now, because, you know, real estate homes have definitely gone off the map, right, due to inflation,

[00:07:39] due to the fact that just basically everything in the retirement, I'm sorry, real estate world is definitely gotten so expensive. And to the point that we were just trying to make, a lot of people don't have hundreds of thousands. But it seems like all of a sudden, mobile homes, right, and manufactured homes have, like, taken off within retirement accounts. You want to elaborate a little bit on that? Yeah. In fact, we host an event once a month that talks very specifically about some of these deals. And we'd love to have you guys join.

[00:08:08] But the important thing is that they use Facebook. You're right on Facebook and look for a mobile home. You can actually buy a mobile home for $5,000 to $10,000 and turn around, flip it, and away you go. So there's definitely those opportunities as well. And we're in a nation of renters right now. People need homes. We are in a housing crisis. And so you're providing and doing a service to people. And the other thing that's crazy is it's not the old 70s houses anymore.

[00:08:36] Like, the mobile homes have a certain standard. And you can bring them up to standard and actually provide a really nice place for people to live. I also found out recently there's a new, like, law, right, that just passed not too long ago that literally these manufactured houses could just sit particularly on the permanent foundation. So that is huge. And by the way, these have gotten really nice. And some of the entry points that I've seen to some of these houses could cost anywhere just depending on the size, right?

[00:09:05] $50,000 to as high as $100,000, right? But the cost of a home that went from $150 to $170 per square foot, these could get done within, like, $70 to $80 a square foot. We've seen them as low as that. So there is that avenue that if you wanted to go ahead and look at manufactured homes, mobile homes, that is tiny homes, as we like to call them. The other big thing that we've seen for deals under $20,000 are tax liens, right?

[00:09:34] I've seen individuals, because I used to do them. I've done them a couple of times. Not within my retirement account because this was about over a decade ago. I wasn't as familiar with this concept of self-directing. But I would go to the Cook County's Assessor's Office, and I would literally ask to see, like, what tax liens is to give you a big, fat, like, booklet. And there's, like, a whole shelf full of them.

[00:09:55] And you would pull them out, and you would see, and you would cipher through and see what was available and what you could buy for as little as, you know, sometimes $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 within. And imagine, imagine if you would have bought that within a retirement account, like a Roth. So remember, when you use your Roth dollars, it does grow tax-free. That means you are getting some sort of dividend when you're buying out the tax lien, right?

[00:10:22] And then if they do pay you back, you are required to pay back the full amount, including the penalties, back over to whoever the person is that's purchasing the tax lien. In this case, it would be my Roth IRA. But that's another great and cool strategy. And, you know, as Ramis is speaking, that's definitely not my area of expertise. So I defer to Yoda and our other offices.

[00:10:46] But there are companies out there that if you know that that's an interest of yours or something you want to do, you would not have to know quite as much. You could get with one of these companies, and they'll do tax liens for you. Yeah. Well, actually, you're investing strictly into the fund itself, and the fund is deploying the dollars into the tax liens. And we work with a lot of sponsors, partners, affiliates that specialize in these strategic types of funds, right?

[00:11:15] So not to get too much into the weeds about the type of funds, because there's something called a Reg D, right? And a Reg A. A Reg D, depending on how it's structured, only allows for typically accredited investors, where the Reg A allows for non-accredited investors and accredited investors. And the beauty of these funds is you could get involved for as little as $1,000, you know, some of them, right? And they typically range anywhere between $1,000 to $10,000.

[00:11:45] But it allows non-accredited investors that have as little as to the conversation that we're having today, $20,000 or less, to get involved in these alternative assets. In particular, one that we just talked about not too long ago was investing in a Reg A fund that specializes in promissory notes, right? Right. And, you know, a company I'm referring to, so shout out to Lauren and Nick and those guys over there at 7E. They do a great job with their Reg A offering.

[00:12:13] But, and that's what it does, is like you could get involved for as little as $5,000. The retirement funds will go strictly to the fund itself and the fund will go out and lend that money to whatever lender that is willing to take on that amount of the investment. And again, it's all broken up.

[00:12:35] One of the biggest things, you know, Mandy, that we've seen recently here, even at the IRA Club with our members, is gold, precious metals. Talk to us about that, and in particular, this asset class and why it's exploded and why people could get involved for, again, as little as $1,000. Yeah. Well, I mean, the why, you can get into some political conversation. True story. You could get into diversification.

[00:13:01] You could get into, you know, you want to put some different things in different places. But what's nice about gold and silver or platinum or any precious metal is that it's currency. So, if I have $892, I can buy that much of precious metals, right? And so, it's nice that it doesn't have to, oh, this is a house and it's exactly $92,000. Now I can actually purchase a specific amount of precious metals. And really, you know, again, diversify. Think about what you're trying to accomplish.

[00:13:29] That's the first question we always ask. Like, what is your goal? Are we trying to build cash flow? Are we trying to rebuild your retirement? Are we trying to preserve it? Are we trying to diversify it? Like, what is the goal of that? And each one of these assets class can definitely fill those roles. But it's definitely picked up steam. We've got a lot of going into gold and silver right now, especially silver. You can talk about Tesla and the fact that they're using silver in their products. You can talk about the... Well, you can talk about the BRICS nations.

[00:13:59] You can talk about everyone's just bulking up. Listen to me. At the end of the day, the dollar is definitely getting devalued now more than ever. They're printing more money. Inflation is obviously up. But, and obviously inflation works in your favor when you're purchasing gold within your retirement account. And yes, you can purchase gold, silver, platinum, bronze, any of these precious metals inside of your retirement account. Most people do not even realize that you could do that at the end of the day.

[00:14:28] But it has to be structured the right way. And one of the things that I do encourage is you reach out to the IRA club onboarding team. Right? And that includes you and Cody and a few other, you know, others in the background that will, you know, go through that process if that's something that you're interested in. And again, you could open up a Roth or traditional IRA and make a simple contribution of $7,500 and literally buy gold, right? And protect your retirement account in that aspect.

[00:14:55] One of the things about gold and silver that's not tricky, but more of a niche thing is you can't hold it in your own possession. Yes. So I can't buy, get the actual coin or get the bar and put it in a safety deposit boxes or put it under my mattress. Mattress. Yeah. We've seen that happen. We've seen that happen before. That's the difference between purchasing with cash or purchasing with a retirement account is you do need a depository.

[00:15:21] So we have a couple that we work with, we have a lot of companies that we work with and they'll usually sort that out for you. Yeah. And honestly, it's a very simple process. It's not as hard as everybody thinks. It's just, remember, it's not you that's purchasing, it's the retirement account that's purchasing. And so everything's titled in the name of the retirement account. So as the gold or the silver grows in value, right? I think the all-time high just last month, it was like $5,500 an ounce for gold. It's still up there, by the way.

[00:15:50] It's still, I think, hovering somewhere around $45,000, $46,000. But with all that being said, I think gold has definitely made a comeback. And we've seen that firsthand here at the IRA Club. It's funny how our own clients kind of dictate the flow of how people are investing, right, or where money is going. Let me ask you another question. Everybody always thinks we have, again, and I always bring this up every once in a while, that because we're a self-directed IRA company that we have an issue with the stock market, right?

[00:16:18] Do we offer that here at the IRA Club as an incentive for clients? Yeah. And talk about that a little bit. What's amazing is that we always want what's best for our clients. And what's best for clients is diversification and having dollars invested. And so for a number of reasons, maybe you buy an asset and you have some leftovers, or just like we're talking about, you've only got $5,000 in an account or something like that. It's definitely a viable option. And what we speak about is control. Yes. Right?

[00:16:47] Like, you need to, this is your money. What is it that you want to do with it? And how do we get you there? And one of them is the stock market. We're all invested in the stock market. I don't know anybody who doesn't have, in our office, that doesn't have some money in the stock market. And so being able to purchase that is important. So what we did is partner with iFlip. Yep. And that way, you can transfer money back and forth without having to go through quite the drama. And I do say drama. Yeah, it is. To, you know, to move money back and forth.

[00:17:16] I can take, oh, I just got a dividend or rent got paid back. What can I do with that money? Well, now I can transfer it over to my iFlip account. They're linked. I'm not paying transfer fees. Now I can invest in the stock market. And now I've got one more piece of my diversification. Yep. And then we also tell our clients also because you've got to think about the liquidity. And we have a great, great friend and sponsor who also talks a lot about the 30, 30, 30, 10.

[00:17:40] You know, we always say 30% in the stock market, 30% in real estate, 30% in other alternatives like private equity, oil and gas, you know, syndications, what we talked about, tax liens, life settlements. I mean, there's a million things that you could think about for that other 30%, right? So you want hard, tangible assets. You want, you know, private equity, private funds. You want to think about, again, real estate. But also remember, we don't have an issue with the stock market.

[00:18:10] Well, that cash flow and the rental income and dividends and royalties and all that is coming back to your retirement account. That's another thing. It's like, I got $20,000 in my IRA and what can I do with that money? And we'll say, well, in the past, about four or five years ago, we never had that solution, right? They used to just send it back over to Fidelity, Vanguard, Schwab. Take two weeks. Yup. Take two weeks to move the money. Now it's just done, you know, two clicks of a button. You move the funds over and go pick whatever stocks you want, right?

[00:18:36] Or we have something called AI Trading, which is our AI Smartfolios, right? We're just excited about our new launch, right? And we also did a great, yeah, very new. But- Well, and, you know, and I do have to say that's one of the reasons the IRA Club is awesome is because there are other, it kind of like got divided. You know, it was like they created the IRA and Fidelity, Vanguard, and Schwab are like, you can only invest in the stock market. And then we had some self-directed companies out and they're like, you can only invest in alternatives. And we're like-

[00:19:05] Why can I give the best of both worlds? And the client needs the control. So have everything. Have it all. Have it all. And, you know, another asset class that I think we should also be bringing up only because of the war, right, is oil, right? Oil, gas, mineral rights have also gone through the roof.

[00:19:27] There are some great companies that are out there, you know, that you should just, you know, do a Google search or do, you know, do a Gemini, you know, chat GPT. You know, I'm a non-accredited investor or I have less than $20,000. Is there an alternative asset that's out there that would allow for an investment, again, for as little as 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, it doesn't matter. And there's a couple of good ones that are out there, okay? Okay.

[00:19:55] Mineral rights right now are huge. And I would probably tell you my oil and gas portfolio is probably up like 25, 30% this year. Yes. Yes. It's amazing. But that's another avenue that you could also be looking at is oil and gas deals. But I want to ask you a question, Mandy. Because we're an educational platform and education, again, is one of the pillars of our companies, what are some resources, tools, what are some guides, blogs?

[00:20:25] Where can people find some of this information? Or if they need to discover an investment opportunity, where can they go? You know, I always have to back up just a little bit. Go ahead. Because my story is, my background is a financial advisor. Ooh. Yeah. Traitor. No, I'm kidding. No, I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I was saying people, I'm recovering. No, you're recovering. Nothing against financial advisors. Yes. What's so interesting to me is that I didn't even know this world existed. And I was in the industry, right?

[00:20:51] And so being able to see that this alternative side of things is so powerful. And once you get your foot in the door, all of a sudden, and this sounds corny, I get it. This sounds corny. But it's going to start, you're going to start hearing it. It's going to start trickling in. It's going to, you're going to start seeing events. You're going to start talking to people about it. And all of a sudden, you're like, I didn't know that I could even do that. It's going to start happening. And I would say the best way to go is networking.

[00:21:21] Networking. Networking. So attend events. Go ahead. Yeah. Go. You're going to start with me. You're going to start with me. You're going to start with me. You're going to start with me. And then the next question is, well, how do I find these virtual events? And it's just amazing that we. First of all, they're all over the place, by the way.

[00:21:48] And it's like, to your point, I always encourage that people go face to face only because more gets accomplished. For one, you get to see these individuals, these sponsors, these capital raisers in person. You get to ask them the list of questions that you want to ask them. They give you access to their deal flows. You could see their PPM subscription agreements if you choose to ask for it. You know, their pitch decks. All that information that you would need, right, to perform that due diligence.

[00:22:18] But you were going with something. Yeah. And when you're a live event, my favorite thing is that you're going to hear what they want you to hear when they're going to sell you a product. And we all realize that. We all would recognize that. So it's fine. But if I can go to somebody else who's invested in that deal and be like, oh, what was your experience? How did it go? Now you're networking and you're saying, what have you done with your $5,000? What have you done? And then all of a sudden you could say, well, that might be interesting. Or you could say, yeah, I wouldn't do that with a 10-foot pole.

[00:22:46] But it's just all of a sudden you're able to see what's out there, what's available. And the more you talk to people, they attend these events, get on our website. Yes. Yeah. Well, no, you and I have no idea. Everybody kind of runs in the same circle. They all run in the same circles, which means it is a small world. Especially in our world, because the self-directed world is so confined and so tiny that everybody knows everybody. Right?

[00:23:14] And there's a saying, if you're not out there and you're not getting in front of people to your point, there's, you know, your net work is just as strong as your net worth. And you need to do that, especially in this space. And it's great for due diligence, right? Practices. So I would say, yes, start off with doing, you know, looking up webinars, podcasts, live streams. Sometimes also, you know, having a mentor, right?

[00:23:41] That's another big thing is sitting down, talking to individuals. That's all they do is private equity, real estate, whatever that asset class that you're interested in. There you go. That's the most important thing. And I always stick to this saying. Yeah. Invest in what you know and understand best, especially when utilizing retirement dollars, because that's your nest egg and you don't want to screw that up.

[00:24:04] But also, when it's time to venture outside of your comfort zone, talk to individuals that have been doing it. Because I hate to say this out loud, they already paid the tuition, right? They already made the mistakes for you already. Yeah, they can say, well, don't do this. Yeah, don't do it. And that's why you meant when you say when you go to live events, you guys were communicating with each other at these events. And you get to find out who's real, who isn't real.

[00:24:33] And again, don't do it. Money's emotional. Don't do it off the get-go. Please, for the love of God, for me, because it's retirement accounts. Me and Mandy say this all the time. I don't care if you pay like a few hundred dollars or $500,000. Perform a little bit of due diligence. If you're investing more than the $20,000 that we're talking about on this specific podcast. If you're investing a hundred, a half a million, a million, always perform some sort of due diligence. What's another avenue? I was going to say, ask those good questions.

[00:25:03] Like, what deals have you done in the past? You know, there's no guaranteed past performance. No, no, never. But it can kind of give you an idea. And I just think meeting somebody face-to-face or even over a Zoom is going to give you that gut check, right? Like, okay, this feels pretty good. Some other avenues. Do you tell me? I mean, listen to me. Outside of the blogs that we have on IRA Club website, videos that we provide, right? Educational webinars, right?

[00:25:33] Where we talk about different types of asset classes in particular. Investors Row. You want to elaborate on what Investors Row is? I do, and I'm going to do it. Even though this is the Investors Row podcast. Oh, it is. Yes. You know who is the idea behind that? No, no. I don't know him. What's his name? Yeah, I don't know. It's a brilliant idea. Because seriously, if I type into Google, real estate investment opportunities, you're going to get a name. And where do you even start? Like, how do you know what's good at Whitstone?

[00:26:01] And because we are not financial advisors anymore, I'm no longer licensed, we can't tell you where to invest. But we can provide you an educational platform that gives you the ability to start that due diligence piece. And so if you're like, oh, I'm interested in real estate, we can narrow our search because we've got investment opportunities. And you can narrow it down to real estate. And then you can narrow it down by dollar amount. Say, oh, I've got $5,000. $5,000. $10,000. $20,000. What's out there?

[00:26:28] And then when you click on them and kind of look into it, there's webinars specifically. There's a little bit of the who's in charge. My absolute favorite part is schedule a call. Yeah. Like meet with them face-to-face. I mean, that's kind of what we're talking about. Yep. Get to know them. Ask them questions right up front. But that is really amazing. We've had a lot of success with clients finding opportunities from that platform. Yeah. In particular, I would say IRA Club clients as a whole because these opportunities, although are geared towards our members, right?

[00:26:58] When you sign up and you move over a portion of your retirement dollars, I hate to say this out loud, you know this better than most because that's the number one question that you get. Well, what can I invest in? I only got $10,000. I got $20,000. What can I invest in? And you bring this up to them all the time, Investors Row. And when we're saying go schedule a call, it's not that we don't want to talk to you. It's just we can't talk to you, right? We can't talk about these companies. We cannot talk about the investment opportunities.

[00:27:26] And after we do a webinar, you guys are listening to a podcast or a previous podcast. Well, can you tell me a little bit more about this company? Sorry. And that's why that's so powerful because our job is to make sure we look for any prohibited transactions. Yeah. So the question is, can I invest with this company? And we're going to say, if it's on Investors Row, yes. Yes. If it's something new, then we're going to check it out. We're looking for the compliance piece. But if you say, should I or what can you tell me about the client?

[00:27:55] The best we can do is give you that direct contact information. Yes. You know, because then you're not having to do all the searching on Google. We can say, yeah, go meet with Lee. And here's his calendar link. And here's his email. Reach out. Start doing those due diligence pieces that you know is necessary that we can't provide. Or we'll give you a hyperlink directly to that, right? To that landing page. And that includes the investment opportunity, their information, their details about the company,

[00:28:22] and all the information that you would also need to perform the due diligence, like their PPM pitch decks, videos that we've done, or they would provide to us. So we give you all the tools necessary with Investors Row to find these investment opportunities, again, for as little as $5,000. So there are reggae offerings that are on there and regcfs. And we do work with a lot of other broker dealers, right? I would say a couple dozen, to be honest with you, that will actually perform that due diligence

[00:28:51] on behalf of the sponsors and the capital raisers. If it's Investors Row is an option, we do have a trading platform. We encourage that you reach out and go to events. If you can't do those three things, right? And you cannot even search, for example, the Investors Row podcast and do a little bit of, that's a shout out to us. You know that. But I don't know how else to help you at this point, right? It's like you give you all the tools that you need.

[00:29:19] And at the end of the day, there's this saying, right? And sometimes it might come off as being condescending, but lead a horse to water. At the end of the day, I can't get you to drink the water or the Kool-Aid or whatever it is that you want to call it. It's all the resources. Yeah. They just give you all the resources that you need. It's ice cold. Yep. It's clean. Clean. I'm here to go. Just want you to take that first step forward. You have any questions, you're never lost in this process. It's extremely important to understand IRA Club itself is not a call center.

[00:29:47] You have first direct point of contact is you and your team, right? And we're going to walk you every step of the way. Don't feel discouraged. The only thing I can't do for you is actually finding that investment opportunity. Again, it could be as little as a thousand bucks, five, 10, 15, 20. They're out there. Search for them. Now, if you want to learn, if any final thoughts before we jump off? I do because I think so many people are stumbling because they don't think they have enough.

[00:30:16] They're like, I just, oh, I can't start. I don't have enough. I don't have enough. And it needs to be the other way around. What can I do? What can I do? Because we know diversification is important. We know that control of your dollars is important. And so, you know, that paralysis needs to just, you need to take that first step. Look into it. Do your due diligence. Understand what your goals are. Like, what are we trying to accomplish? And that's such a great conversation to have with Cody and I. It's like, we're going to ask you, what is it?

[00:30:46] What are you looking for? Okay. Well, that's going to lend towards you've got this much money and these are your goals. Here's a direction. And you can go forth and find those opportunities. So if somebody wants to learn a little bit more, where can they find you? Right on IRA Club website. Really? My face always pops up. Cody and I's face. Right. When you click the schedule a call button. So, yep. If you go to IRAClub.com, go on the top right side. There's a schedule a call button and Mandy's face will be there. Cody's on the top. First points of contact.

[00:31:15] Just what do we talk about? Networking, right? Talking to each other. You'll never know what you don't know unless you strike up that first conversation. And I'm talking to both accredited and non-accredited. Yeah, absolutely. Okay? So it's to everybody that's out there. You want the stock market? We're going to offer you the stock market. You want to find investment opportunities for 5, 10, 15, 20? They're out there. You want to use a portion of your retirement dollars and you're stuck, let's say, I'm just giving an example of Fidelity, Vanguard, and Schwab or one of the other 10,000 brokerage

[00:31:43] firms that are out there that they're not going to allow you to do this. We will. But just have a conversation. That's what it comes down to. And if you want to learn more about IRA clubs and join us, forgive me, for future podcasts, visit IRA club forward slash podcast and just check out some of the latest episodes that we've done. We host content all the time. Everything that's related towards, again, your retirement account.

[00:32:07] In fact, sometimes, Mandy, I forget to mention Dennis's books, Money Making Ideas with Your IRA and 401k. All right? Feel free when you sign up that you will get this PDF.
